• Respond quickly to field conditions or the needs of the owner and contractor.

EXPERIENCE

Andrea Paiz has been involved in all phases of hospitality planning, design, development, operations and construction of commercial food service and hospitality projects since 2013. Her firm, Studio DND LLC has worked on projects throughout the world. Andrea has been mentored by Jeff Katz of Katz Company. She and Katz worked together designing and installing hospitality projects at Tundra Restaurant Supply for two years. After that, we were business partners for 7 years before deciding to separate at the end of 2022.

Andrea is graduate of the University of Arizona (BS MIS, 1999). She worked for Hewlett-Packard as a software designer and engineer for over 6 years. She is also a graduate of the University of Colorado (M. Arch 2010) where she completed her master’s degree in architecture.
